CareerBuilder purchased Profilsoft in 2008, and in 2011, began offering the company’s intuitive recruitment software to customers in the United States. Luceo’s applicant tracking system evolved over the last decade to stay on the cutting edge of changes in the recruitment landscape and technology, leveraging the most sophisticated parsing, searching, matching and job distribution technology on the market today. Luceo services over 200 customers across the United States and Europe.
