Mary Delaney, Chief Executive Officer
For over two decades, Mary’s career has focused on leading talent acquisition and consulting companies from the start-up phase to the industry-leadership position.
In 2007, Mary started Personified, a talent acquisition and consulting firm under CareerBuilder, the global leader in human capital solutions. Personified developed solutions in social media, employment branding, intelligence, process consulting and talent sourcing. Under Mary’s leadership, the company grew from its foundation of three employees to a profitable, 100-employee enterprise, generating over $25 million in annual revenue in under three years.
Mary holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and BS in Marketing from Indiana University. She is the national co-chair of Indiana University's Campaign for Informatics and Computing, where she also serves on the Dean's Advisory Council. Mary is a board member of Chally Group, a provider of talent management solutions and hiring assessments; and Horizons for Youth, a community dedicated to helping children recognise and achieve their full potential.
Emmanuel Vasseur, Founder and Managing Director
As Founder and Managing Director of Profilsoft, Emmanuel Vasseur oversees European operations.
After working as an aeronautical engineer at the Guiana Space Center and serving time in the French Navy, Vasseur joined Norlec, a subsidiary of Eiffage, as Business Manager. In 2000, he joined the agency North Alten, where he became CEO and grew the company from five to 100 employees. This rapid growth led to the need for an integrated and centralised recruiting application.
An entrepreneur at heart, Vasseur left North Alten to start Profilsoft in 2003. Today, he continues his vision of building innovative recruitment technology that helps companies leverage new methods of online recruitment.
Jennifer Wilga, Senior Vice President of Global Solutions
Jennifer joined Luceo with over 15 years of global sales experience in technology solutions and talent acquisition. She is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for Luceo in North America. Jennifer and the Luceo sales force work with organisations to deliver recruitment technology and social media solutions that streamline workflows, automate recruiting processes and deliver measurable results.
Prior to joining Luceo, Jennifer worked in sales for Airborne Express and InterCall, a global conferencing provider. In 2007, she joined CareerBuilder, where she held a variety of positions during her five years with the company, including Area Sales Manager of Philadelphia and Director of Healthcare Sales.
Jennifer holds BA degrees in English and history from Misericordia University.
Judy Stelling, Client Services Manager
Judy Stelling leads implementation and training for Luceo’s North American clients. As Client Services Manager, she collaborates closely with clients in the United States and Canada to ensure seamless implementation of Luceo’s software.
Stelling honed her technical and project management expertise over the course of 10 years at IBM, as both a systems engineer and distribution industry specialist. After leaving IBM, she started her own software company and later joined forces with an IBM business partner as Director of Technical Services. She started a marketing consulting firm before joining Luceo in 2011.
Stelling holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Michigan State University.
David Hacker, Product Development Manager
As the leader of product development for Luceo, David Hacker’s mission is to continuously improve the quality and usability of Luceo’s solutions.
Hacker started his career as a software engineer for InstallShield, before taking the role of Senior Application Consultant at Clarity Consulting. As the Director of Engineering for ProOnGo, he led the development of a SaaS solution from its inception to the top expense reporting application on Blackberry.
Hacker holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Purdue University.
Frédéric Choquet, Director of Research and Development
As the Director of Research and Development for Luceo/Profilsoft, Frédéric Choquet is committed to the constant innovation of Luceo’s solutions.
Choquet started his career at Syseca as a design engineer. Prior to joining Luceo/Profilsoft, Choquet was a consultant at Alten, where he carried out several flagship projects for the company. Choquet joined the Luceo/Profilsoft team in 2004, a year after the software’s initial launch. Choquet and his team took the lead in transforming the software for its second release later that year. He continues to imagine new possibilities and functionality for the software and its users.
Choquet holds a Master’s degree in Telecom engineer’s school from of Villeneuve d’Ascq and an undergraduate degree in computer science from the University of Lille.
Aurélian Scappe, Project Director
Aurélien Scappe leads implementation and training for Luceo/Profilsoft’s European clients. He works closely with customers to understand their needs, ensure smooth implementations and provide outstanding customer service.
Scappe’s career and passion for technology began in 2002 at a small production company where he worked as a filmmaker. After spending time as an analyst programmer at Delssi, Scappe joined Profilsoft in 2004 and has since led implementations and trainings for more than 150 customers.
Scappe holds a Master’s degree in project management from the Efficom School of Lille.
Olivier Ghesquiere, Technical Director
As Luceo/Profilsoft’s Technical Director, Olivier Ghesquiere oversees the company’s development team and is instrumental in the deployment of new versions of the software.
Ghesquiere started his career as a design engineer at Webnet before being promoted to Project Manager. After joining Profilsoft’s integration team in 2005, Ghesquiere led the configuration and deployment of a new version of the software, which included a common platform for all users. This version became the foundation for today’s Luceo and Profilsoft solutions.
Ghesquiere holds a Master's Degree in Mechanics with honors from the University of Science and Technology of Lille.
